Ana Maria has a multicultural background (Croatian, Slovenian, and British with Italian roots) and holds a 1st class degree in International Business. Ana Maria has spent over a decade partnering with financial services firms and has extensive experience in recruitment, executive search, and D&I; specifically working with investment organisations ranging from top 10 global institutions to boutique alternatives; UK and European asset managers; to USA, Asian and Australian new entrants to the UK and European markets.
Examples of recent projects include building an EMEA Alternatives Distribution team at a top 20 global asset manager and a European leadership team at a top 10 global asset manager. Ana Maria is passionate about working with organisations focused on attracting and developing inclusive leaders to create and cultivate more diverse workplaces. She works closely with the Steering Committee at the Diversity Project to facilitate collaboration on inclusive talent attraction and retention initiatives across the industry. She is a member is a member of the Diversity Inclusive Recruitment Initiative, and former chair of the SMART Working workstream. She is also a member of the Henley Centre for Coaching and Women on Boards.
Ana Maria co-authored Diversity Project's 'SMART Working Manifesto for Change’ and has been invited to contribute to a number of white papers and books, including 'Build Back Better’, ‘The Diversity Project’ and 'Inclusive Culture'. Ana Maria was a finalist for the ‘Role Model of the Year’ & ‘Contribution to Diversity’ at Women in Investment Awards 2020 and awarded ‘Diversity Project Champion’ in 2020.

COLIN WEBSTER

Colin is a graduate from St Edmund Hall, Oxford with over 14 years' senior leadership experience in human capital. From 1994 to 2004 Colin, a qualified chartered accountant, worked in Ernst & Young’s London and Cape Town offices, advising entrepreneurial and high growth businesses on a range of strategic financial, M&A, public listings and routine matters, working closely with CEOs, CFOs and Non-Executive Directors throughout.
After advising the recruitment group Imprint on its IPO, Colin joined its board as CFO in 2004 and oversaw its growth from a £0.3m profit business to a 500-person group with turnover of £90m and profits of £12m, before its sale in 2008. In 2010, Colin co-founded The FISER Group and has been instrumental in its growth as a financial services specialist covering executive search, consultancy and contingent recruitment solutions.

EMILY AYRE
Board Advisor
Emily holds a BSc in Psychology and has almost 20 years of experience in financial services human capital, most notably in retained assignments at senior level. Emily's background is in asset management with a particular focus on distribution and marketing both in the UK and Europe.
Emily is on the board for The FISER Group and as well as responsibility for group diversity and CSR activities, which includes a mentoring role in association with the Social Mobility Foundation, she acts in an advisory capacity to Ludgate Search.
