Background
Ana Maria holds a First-Class degree in International Business and brings a multicultural perspective shaped by her Croatian, Slovenian, Italian and British heritage.
She holds certifications from ESSEC Business School, Yale University, and the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR), with expertise across talent acquisition, inclusive leadership, organisational culture, and data-driven hiring.
Outside of work, she enjoys travel, the ocean and movement — from swimming and surfing to yoga and breathwork. Following an early career experience with burnout, she developed a strong interest in wellbeing and sustainable performance.

COLIN WEBSTER
Board Advisor
Colin is a graduate from St Edmund Hall, Oxford with over 14 years' senior leadership experience in human capital. From 1994 to 2004 Colin, a qualified chartered accountant, worked in Ernst & Young’s London and Cape Town offices, advising entrepreneurial and high growth businesses on a range of strategic financial, M&A, public listings and routine matters, working closely with CEOs, CFOs and Non-Executive Directors throughout.

After advising the recruitment group Imprint on its IPO, Colin joined its board as CFO in 2004 and oversaw its growth from a £0.3m profit business to a 500-person group with turnover of £90m and profits of £12m, before its sale in 2008. In 2010, Colin co-founded The FISER Group and has been instrumental in its growth as a financial services specialist covering executive search, consultancy and contingent recruitment solutions.

EMILY AYRE

Emily holds a BSc in Psychology and has almost 20 years of experience in financial services human capital, most notably in retained assignments at senior level. Emily's background is in asset management with a particular focus on distribution and marketing both in the UK and Europe.

Emily is on the board for The FISER Group and as well as responsibility for group diversity and CSR activities, which includes a mentoring role in association with the Social Mobility Foundation, she acts in an advisory capacity to Ludgate Search.
